7 intense days in the beer world. A series of activities that increase our passion for this product that continues to return us culture, tradition and satisfaction.

The first important event was our participation in the AITBM  annual meeting (Italian Association of Beer and Malt  Technicians) that was held in Florence for the 50th year of foundation.
There were different and interesting discussions. The main topic of the debates was the process. We talk about malts, yeast, required technologies, market trends, statistics.
The meeting was romantically concluded with history, traditions and memories until the present day.
Our technical presentation “Filter with (that) passion” was shared with the technicians of the company Velo SpA located in Altivole. Our work was about new mechanical and software technologies applied to the filtration vessel and not only. Thanks once again to the Association for inviting us to share with them these days of culture and research.

Then we couldn’t miss the international beverage fair “Drinktec”. A world exhibition, held in Munich, where market leaders come to participate  every four years.
According to the final report, it was one of the most interesting edition. Qualified visitors came from all around the world, interested in technological innovation, machines and plants. Quality instead of quantity: we have often heard this comment among the exhibitors.  We confirm this opinion and we hope these visitors will contact us.

Finally what better way to end the weekend than with a tasting of beer at OKTOBER FEST, where the beer really flows like water…..Prosit!
