Pipes of different sizes, colors, weights, strenght, textile reinforcement, need several kinds of production and processing lines. The market is increasingly demanding, requiring more flexibility, personalizations, quick deliveries  of small  lots.

The continuos improvement and rationalisation of the production technique will be possible thanks to the collaboration between our companies.   The project is based on the upgrade and  the standardization of an extrusion line for Hi-Fitt division, that is in the forefront of technical hoses production.

A project of automation as well as of research, in order to satisfy FIIT clients.

The system is based on control of the main extrusion and the satellites as well as on control of all equipment that lead  to the conformation of layers and reinforcements for the type of pipe required. 

The development and the start up of this project, that is foreseen on other lines, will allow us to get used to this new world.
